I want to share my experience
I was so disappointed with hays travel the agent suggested to go to ibiza for my very first holiday.
When I got there the room was really small and there was no where to put my clothes, I was promised entertainment there was none.
Also I went all inclusive and the food was cold and horrible ( we weren't the only ones to complain)
I recommend do not go to hays travel , jet 2 and the Leonardo hotel....avoid !!!!!!!
