Best market we’ve been to in a while. There’s gifts and knick knacks alongside a whole range of fabulous fresh foods too. Alex Gooch bread stall, Lucky Seven brewery, amazing pizza from Origin Pizza, the wonderful cheese stall, original herbal remedies and cosmetics and much more. Well worth a visit. Lovely complement to the bricks and mortar businesses.

Market is touristy. We go to the area around once a year and the stalls haven’t really change. Wouldn’t say the market is for the locals, it’s high end artisan goods which are good quality but geared towards tourists visiting the area. It’s nice to look around though along with the book and antique shops. If you want a real market vibe, Abergavenny and Brecon have good market days.

It's what you would imagine the ideal local market to be like. The people on the stalls are friendly, the locals smile and chat, the queue for the bakery was justified, and the fresh produce made a delightful dinner. And I came away with a snazzy pair of socks. Also very dog friendly.

It's a really pretty town but we felt the food market was crammed into such a small place for the amount of people. 45 minute wait for 2 tacos and 2 drinks! We had a nice time walking around the stalls.

Great range of home made Welsh products with real provenance. Delicious food, great homebrew ales, pizzas, bread etc. Fabulous market.
