I found the attitude of one particular post office employee to be very unhelpful, and arrogant, it was quiet clear they had NO Training in customer service, and very capable of escalating a situation in front of other customers. You get the sense they don't want to be there

Popped in to do our children's passports, we were very impressed with the service especially as our children were quite particular with the photos, the lady was very patient, professional and helpful.

Very pleasant experience. Easily renewed a driving licence and they went out of their way to be helpful by banking some cheques to save us a trip to the bank. How different from home (south east London), where we waited half an hour only to be told, rudely, that they couldn't/wouldn't help us. Well done Haverfordwest PO.
