I have just bit the bullet and purchased the guru waste coat and we all know its pricey stuff but omg, it is pricey for a reason…. This is the ultimate material, design and bank fashion - the best by a mile I have seen on the bank and I’ve been match fishing for 20 years. Over the moon and will now be getting the bib and brace…. I genuinely recommend to anyone like me that was put of by the price, it is 100% worth every penny, the most important part is it’s incredibly comfortable to wear….. chuffed to bits

Ordered a bib n brace, had an old one from Daiwa (Halkon Hunt) that didn’t quite fit correctly. So I contacted Halkon Hunt with the adjusted measurements and placed a bespoke order with the correct sizes. This is quality gear so didn’t mind waiting 3 months for it to be made to measure. Arrived this week and I’m absolutely blown away by the quality and perfect fit. This is a fantastic company. I’ve also been told they’ll take my old Daiwa bib n brace and repair it and re-size the legs for a very acceptable charge. My old bib n brace lasted 7 years, only damage was because the leg was too long and I wore it out by standing on the extra length. I bought the matching jacket 7 years ago and it’s still as good as new. These garments aren’t cheap, but unlike inferior competitors, they’ll last for 10 years. Pay for quality or as the saying goes “buy cheap buy twice”. Excellent company, you won’t go far wrong with Halkon Hunt.

I invested in a made to measure 3/4 jacket, bib and braces, overtrousers and windstopper jacket earlier this year. Four months later, I have to say I am absolutely delighted with my clothing which has far exceeded my expectations. Oliver couldn't have been more helpful in assisting with my measurements and colour choices and the quality of the items I have bought is exceptional, so much so that I plan to order a second windstopper jacket and matching trousers early in the new year.

Had a small issue with water ingress after 8 years of constant wear. Sent my bib and brace back for inspection, the source of the leak was identified, repaired the item. Sent back within 4 days.
