I was very impressed with help and support from this dealership. Over the past 10 days I have received daily communication and as well as a very attractive deal on the new car Harry was able to turn the finance/car prep around so quickly. I cannot ever remember completing a car purchase from enquiry to completion in such a short time. Shocking customer service. Bought a Tiguan from yourselves in October for over 20 thousand pound and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Has been into my local dealer as I live in Newcastle 3 times due to a steering lock/ starting issue within the short period of ownership. No support from Matthew the sales manager who I have emailed several times with no response. I am now wanting to pursue a right to reject.

I purchased a car directly form this branch unseen as i live over a hundred miles away and dealt with Andre who was very friendly and made the process easy, he even delivered the car personally and sorted all the documentation out in record time.

I have also spoke to the sales manager Matt on the phone for some after sales care and he is very professional and helpful, i truely have been made to feel like a valued customer.

Thanks to them i have a car that i am very pleased with i have taken a service plan out in a local branch who will also be able to do warranty work and deal with Swindon if necessary on my behalf, This makes the whole experience convinient and makes it easy for me to recommend them to anyone

Stunning customer service from start to finish on a major service. I knew that my VW needed some work done to it, but I had experienced mixed quality from VW dealers elsewhere in the past.
