I just called them at 8 and the answer at 8:28 and they said today its fully booked you should called at 8 I Said i did she said yeah it’s full today, how it’s full and it was just 5 people on the queue they have no respect

Been with this practice for years.
But the patient-doctor relationship has long gone. Some of the reception staff are fine not some are extremely rude and need a lesson in politeness and respect.
Apparently you have to call between 8am-8.30 for a call back. Answered at 8.33am to tell me the doctor wasn't in this morning yet "all appointments are gone"? Something funny here. AND it's nothing to do with covid or whatever excuse they want to come up with.
Will need to change surgery after years of being a fairly good practice.

If I could give no stars I would! Receptionists are rude and forget that you are even at the doctors surgery therefore you are waiting an extra hour to be seen. You tell the doctor how you are feeling and they don’t really listen or seem to care. I have never know a doctors to be so bad! You call at 8 in the morning to make an appointment and they are all bloody gone even tho the lines don’t open until 8 so I don’t understand how they are all gone. You ring and ring and ring for an appointment or just to speak to someone and they just ignore your calls. I have been with greenhill all my life but I’m now looking into going with another doctor

They never picked you phone. Waiting from 8 to 8:30. Nobody answered.

Utterly terrible. I will be changing GPs soon, DO NOT JOIN THIS GP.

My girlfriend is reliant on her medication and it doesn't matter how many hours I spend in a queue waiting to get her next month's worth, the phone is never answered. This is medication that she needs to function, it ensures she is not a danger to herself or those around her.
The pharmacy next door is no better, last month I was told I could pick it up on a Wednesday, and then I had to come back on Friday because it wasn't ready: no apology, no concern.
I even phoned the pharmacy complaining about the GP; I had been phoning for hours for two days. They said all I could do is keep phoning and hope for the best.
DO NOT JOIN THIS GP. These people have no concern for the people they should be helping.

Literally the worst surgery in Swansea. Zero compassion. Zero urgency. The receptionists are rude and they get offended when you wont tell them something you'd rather talk to your doctor about and the doctors don't know what you're talking about when you do actually get to speak to them. Absolute joke! Avoid or change surgery. Shocking.
