Gareth and his team are very friendly , gonout of their way to help traders and they always have a smile on their face. I have traded with them from their first market and still with them which speaks volumes.

I had two future markets booked and for medical reasons (having to have an emergency invasive operation) so I had to cancel. No offer of understanding or humanity. No refund, end of. Nice. Really caring and understanding. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole if I were you.
