Absolutely dreadful.
They have lost my parcel TWICE and do not care. Service is appalling, closed most of the time.
Go to the one on the Magdalen Estate, much better!

I have a local clothes shop and use the post office to do my mail orders. I only use it when Deb is in. If she isn't I tend not to use it as some of the staff are not as friendly and don't seem to know what they are doing. When Deb is there, it's runs really efficiently. The post service has improved so much in this branch since she has been moved here.

If u have half day to spend u can 100% visit this post office. Its really really slow all the time. Staffs here is not looks like good what they do. Am really disappointed with the service.

I felt sorry for the poor guy behind the counter, by himself and obviously not properly trained. His bosses must be stupid to leave someone untrained as he is to run a busy post office by himself. I had a nightmare picking up euros today but that lands squarely on the shoulders of the owners of the post office.Not on the poor guy doing his best by himself behind the counter. Owners you should be ashamed!! The queue was astronomic.

Shockingly poor service: 5 service hatches never more than 2 staff on who ‘work’ exceptionally slowly , chattering to any friends that happen to turn up in front of them. One particular staff member struggles with the basic please and thank you and clearly would serve the post office better if behind the scenes and certainly not serving the very patient public. If you’re not in a hurry and enjoy standing in a queue wasting time and being spoken to as if you’re something someone stood in this is the place to head to. Shame zero stars can’t be applied...
Edit - since writing the post office have significantly changed the staffing of this branch - in fact as this branch is within a small supermarket- the entire shop has changed. I expect they’ve cut back on staff salaries and certainly seem to have crammed even more stock into the space. However, all this has unlikely to have increased customer satisfaction in my view. There’s a chap who serves here who is quite friendly - and efficient - but the young women are off hand and more concerned with their mobile phone than doing their job.

Ive only given this PO 2 stars as one of the female staff has been very rude and unhelpful to me and also on another occasion to a member of my family.
This doesn't go for all the staff. I found the man on travel money bureau very pleasant and helpful.
Certainly this particular female needs customer service training or even a please/ thank you or a smile would be an improvement.
