Saw an item on the Web page and enquired by phone. Arranged to view the piece in the shop the following day and the owner reserved it for the day until we were satisfied it would fit. Phoned back to say it would and arranged bank transfer. The owner kindly arranged courier delivery for a reasonable sum and we couldn't be happier with the it or the service. Lovely experience.
