My daughter loved it! She was a bit nervous at the start but ended up completing the whole course, all levels. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is beautiful, and the good weather made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be going back!

Was very enjoyable, lots of loops to keep you occupied and would definitely recommend. The staff are amazing and very helpful. My youngest daughter and I got to go into the adventure while my eldest went on the adventure plus.

Came here with my friend and didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did 😆 I have a fear of heights and after the first course I was rather excited to try the rest!

The workers were kind, and the overall place was very well-kept. The park around/near the place itself is nice to take a stroll through, especially with the amount of people going there to play with their dogs!

Had such an amazing time at GoApe Southampton with my partner! It was honestly one of the most thrilling experiences I’ve ever had and helped me fear heights way less. The view from the top of the trees was absolutely stunning and made it all so worth it.

Hayley, our instructor, was honestly the best — she was so lovely and made me feel really safe and at ease the whole way through. Couldn’t recommend it enough if you’re up for a bit of adventure and a lot of fun!

We tried axe throwing as an extended family treat. It was awesome!

Excellent day out. We did the treetop challenge, which took around 2 hours, and it was exhilarating and so much fun. Niamh, our instructor was informative, supportive and kind, without being overbearing - she was excellent. You are pretty guaranteed to get muddy with the zip lines, so be prepared!

Had an amazing time at Itchen Valley Go Ape today! The staff were absolutely fantastic and they have made the course bigger and better since our last visit. £5 for all day parking with lovely cafe, play area and toilets on site. Worth every penny and highly recommended!
