Awsome staff, clean and friendly atmosphere. Only negative is they keep closing radomnly with a staff not turning up. Waited out side 15mins thinking they may have gone to lunch as there was no sign letting us know. Freya though has been a godsend in explaining nicely with genuine apologies.

I have used this salon for many years as I find it extremely accessible with it being in the town centre. It's excellent value for money. I have been served by Ellie who I find extremely knowledgeable about the products sold and the products on offer. She is always polite and makes sure that the cabins are always kept super clean. Top worker.

I was really impressed with the new automatic spray booth. Customer service was shocking. On the site shop was closing at 9PM arrived at store at 8.40 member of staff said we are closed, I explained that the opening hours stated differently, then she complained saying she had just cleaned the booth, I apologised which I shouldn't have then she explained that she was going to miss her bus, I was annoyed at this time. The member of staff then reluctantly took me to the booth and set it up. Be prepared there are extra costs for the colours. Spray tan was awesome the next day and lasted a week well worth a shot, the booth was also warm and it also dried you off. I will be going back but hopefully the member of staff wont be there.

First time I have been here, Leah was so helpful,friendly and it’s a very relaxed happy atmosphere.Definitely better than Lextan as the staff don’t really interact with you so wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gloden in high st!! Thanks Leah 😊😊

Beds always kept clean and well maintained, customer service is always great. Always offering discounted rates on tanning products always enjoy coming to Golden Tanning nice to chat to the staff there who are always polite and fruendly. Happy customer 😁
