Really bad costumer service. Cashier was shaking all transaction along could barely count cash he made a mistake when trying to finish the transaction ending up keeping 40 pound of my money out of confusion. Tried to make him understand he was mistaken but I almost lost my flight because of all the delay and anxiety he caused. 10 minutes later apparently he noticed the mistake and called me through the airport microphone though I was already at the gate barely getting on board the airlane. I eventually didn’t exchange nothing and he cost me 40 pound and almost a missed flight. Can’t be worse than that not even mentioning their terrible service exchange rates

I used this service for Hungarian currency at the airport. Although staff friendly, it was not made clear at all that there was an admin fee until I questioned the fee on the invoice as was short. This should have been made clear during the enquiry, not after payment.

What an absolute scam - Bristol airport exchange rate firstly is extremely low then to charge commission of almost £5 on top of that scam of a rate. Do not waste your money. The excuse of its in the airport doesn’t cut it. Go to other international airports eg Dubai airport, you do not get scammed with such terrible exchange rates and no commission is charged. My bank NatWest offered a far superior rate without commission into a euro account. I just wanted to exchange my cash before leaving. Do not use this exchange company or pre book as their rates are horrendous
