Brilliant service as always! Had some work done on my car last week and everything was fixed quickly as I needed it for a wkn away. I bought my car here a year ago, that was first time I had any issues with it. The guys are friendly, again thanks for getting it back so quickly, appreciate it!

We bought our Hyundai ix35 less than a year ago, and it has been nothing but problems. The car started making strange noises soon after purchase, and it has already been back to the garage six times. Despite this, the issue still isn’t fixed.

What makes it worse is that the company never disclosed the problem before the sale and now refuses to take responsibility. I’ve been left with an unreliable car and endless frustration.

Buying a nearly new car should mean peace of mind, but instead, it has been a constant headache. I will never recommend this dealership/manufacturer — they’ve shown no accountability, and the customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Recently bought an audi from Glenfields, primarily dealing with John, but also dealing with Stuart and Brian.
We received first class service from anyone we spoke to, and after picking the car up noticed a couple of minor issues. They arranged to take the car in on the next working day and had the issue fixed that same day and advised if we had any further issues to get in contact with them.
Top notch service from the staff, and decent cars when you take into consideration that you're buying a used, second hand car. If you want all singing all dancing, go and buy new (even then, might still have issues!).

Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Bought a lovely Vauxhall Adam for my daughter. The salesman John couldn’t have been any more helpful. What I liked most about him was, there was no pressure sales pitch. He was very helpful and honest about the car and my only concern was that the alloys had a few curb marks on them but for the price I was happy with the purchase. When we went to collect the car, John had gotten the wheels repaired like new at no cost, one very happy daughter. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Spent 2.5 hrs traveling to view 2 vehicles I spoke to one of the Sales team about. One of the vehicles was sold by the time we got there and the other was "away for a repair" which was Not something I was told the afternoon before. Not very helpful Or professional. Do yourself a favor and Avoid this place! It's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Think "Arthur Daley" type of place. Won't be back

**SCAMMER ALERT AVOID AT ALL COSTS**

Phoned this mob up after already having an absolute nightmare of an experience with a separate dealership, explained this from the get go and credit where its due they were great at this part but then its all down hill from there. I went to view a Seat Leon 2010 plate, on black and white all seemed well, few interior issues mould staring to grow inside the car, there was a seal issue water getting inside the vehicle from somewhere, a hole under the drivers seat, the bonnet latch was completely snapped off. I paid just under £4000 for this absolute death trap. Within a month, the exhaust had fallen off, I got it repaired. The following month the alternator was gone, the glow plugs had gone, every brake pad and brake disc was beyond illegal but these absolute con artists were feeding me the "it passed its mot with flying colours" crap. I had an actual mot and service garage look at it, there was a screwdriver left under the bonnet. One of the injectors was held in with a nail, on top of that 2 of the injectors were absolutely dead and both needed replaced. The alternator was done aswell that also needed replaced. I phoned them up explained this to them I was told no manager was available til Monday morning. I was then left a voicemail saying they weren't interested and wouldn't be taking any further action. This a so called family run business that takes pride in what they do, could not be further from the truth. Absolute disgrace of a business. I paid out my own pocket for all of the above to be repaired, even after all of that the car was scrapped as it needed a new engine block as fuel had been leaking into the combustion chamber and it was trying to run away when the engine was switched off. But it passed the mot with flying colours. My advice is completely avoid this company, or you could end up in the same mess I did.

Recently bought a vauxhall astra from glenfield. Everything went smoothly and the guys were very friendly and helpful. However a couple of weeks after buying the car I thought I heard the radiator fan squealing. I called glenfield up as it was still under warranty. They told me to bring the car in anytime. However after inspection the fan was ok. It was a part in the engine had broken and they quickly ordered it straight from vauxhall with cost £468 and fixed my car with no complaints. Even dropped me off n picked me up wen my car was ready.

Will be back for my next car 100%
