Enjoyed our fish & chip cruise in the narrow boat.
We were on a coach trip so it was rather cramped inside with 30 of us in there.
The fish & chips were the best we have tasted.
The view along the river was nice. 50min trip each way with a lock to navigate. No Commentry. The staff were helpful & cheerful. Toilets & bar on board.
Not suitable for wheelchair users due to steep steps in & out of the boat.

Excellent service, staff are all very friendly and efficient.
The trip was very relaxing.
Boat was clean, and tables were set out lovely, all very welcoming.
The toilets were very clean too.
Unfortunately, the boat is not for people who are in wheelchairs or children who need pushchairs. The steps are quite steep and narrow, getting in and out, as you would expect of a narrow boat.
We all enjoyed our trip, and the food was very tasty. We went on the breakfast meal trip.

Have been wanting to go on this cruise as part of my road trip up north each year. It was a very good cruise. Fish and chips were excellent. Nice and relaxing. Would recommend.

My husband and I treated ourselves to an afternoon tea last week. We were sat at the captains table and treated to the most delicious sandwiches and homemade cakes. The staff were absolutely fantastic and looked after us so well. They are so attentive and made sure the teapot never ran dry !!! 5 stars 🌟 from us. Thank you and we will be seeing you again soon.

Booked an afternoon tea cruise for Mom's birthday. The seating was well thought out and roomy. The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We all had a great time and would recommend it.

Had afternoon tea to celebrate parents golden wedding anniversary. Had a brilliant time, cakes delicious lovely spread and very relaxing bobbing about on the water. Will definitely go again.

Went for the afternoon tea canal cruise. Had a lovely afternoon, the cruise along the canal was very peaceful. Excellent afternoon tea, sausage roll as well as sandwiches , scone and cakes. My mum had a gluten free version which was also plentiful. The boat was very nicely done out with mainly tables of 2. Would highly recommend, we've booked for the fish and chips lunch cruise
