Fantastic Service – Perfect Timing for Father’s Day!

I ordered a gift from Gear4Music hoping it might arrive close to Father’s Day, even though I placed the order quite last minute — somewhere between the actual date and the following week. To my surprise and delight, the package arrived right on time!

The delivery was smooth and quicker than expected, and the item was well packaged and in perfect condition. It made the occasion even more special, and I really appreciate the reliability and efficiency, especially during such a busy time.

Went into the store yesterday and felt a little bit let down. Staff don’t seem to be that interested and I feel that the customer service is lacking severely. I also ordered an instrument on the website yesterday and it said it would be delivered today. I was emailed this morning that it won’t arrive due to it not being delivered by the supplier in time even though I played the exact instrument in the store and so I am a bit confused and frustrated. The store has massive potential to be great but I feel that certain aspects could be improved.

Wow what a gem of a place, whether you're a beginner or a budding Eric Clapton you will find what you want here. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, happy to give advice and help if required. I would definitely recommend this establishment

I went to York expressly just to test the Alesis Strata Prime drumkit. Overall the store has a wide range of instruments on display and more available equipment in the warehouse. I would also like to highlight their great customer service. Josh was very helpful with regards to drums advice and so were the other clerks who assisted me.

Always top quality service. Prompt delivery, staff always helpful and on point. Only downside is sometimes order info on account doesn’t update or shows different delivery dates if order isn’t resolved but always rectified quickly once contacted and nothing but a personal gripe. G4M is my first choice when ordering online and can’t get to a physical store. Also has a good selection of payment options for those unplanned but necessary purchases!
