I visited this store a while ago and received help from a lovely young lady called Mansy, if I'm remembering correctly. This place is amazing. The staff working in here should get a gold medal in hospitality. Especially the staff named Breda. She was magnificent. Gone there today to exchange a trench coat. I have never seen such great customer service and attention in any other UK retailers. I simply can't say how impressed I am with the whole crew. You guys are simply spectacular.

Atmosphere lovely, staff polite. The staff couldnt be more helpful. Over all very good service couldnt fault in any way. Place was clean. Space for wheel chair users amazing. Lighting good everything was visible to the eye.
