So, I popped into this Eastern European shop out of curiosity (didn't look too bad from outside), and let me tell you, it wasn't great. The food? A major letdown. Like, seriously, I've had better microwave meals. And don't even get me started on the staff – they were applying rudeness like it was a competition especially this one particular lady at the counter. Appalling, can't understand why she's even at the till - should stay in the store room where she doesn't get to see any customers. I think it upsets her to hear people speak English - she was utterly rude. Went to Morrisons opposite and was served by wonderful staff, polite and welcoming.

I get that cultural vibes differ, but come on, when in the UK, do as the Brits do. A little politeness and customer service wouldn't hurt, right? The whole vibe was just shocking, and I felt like chucking their stuff back at them and storming out but I'm not about that drama.

Shared my horror story with a friend, and she said something about Polish folks coming off as rude unintentionally. Fair enough, but if you're running a shop in the UK, maybe pick up a bit of the local charm, right?

Long story short, I've sworn off that shop for life, and I won't be telling my mates to go there either. Unless you're into bad, outdated food and questionable service, this place ain't worth the trip. Cheers, but no thanks. 🙅‍♂️

Shop OK, service on medium qualified,
But worse is that they use on 2021 - MEMBERSHIP CARD - now they don't want to accept anymore 😕 🤔
Contact with the company " that good one " - PLEASE CALL LATER, I DON'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS. I'M NEW HERE.

Honestly, it is a joke. I used this card in 2021, and now I have lost everything from this card.
