Fram Broadband supply broadband internet access to my Mothers house in Campsea Ashe. The village has poor internet due it being quite remote. Fram Broadband have installed equipment which have resolved this issue & we now get an excellent and uninterrupted internet connection.

There has been only a couple of occasions where the connection has failed; there is a telephone number on the router to call in these instances, there is assistance available 9-5 working days, but also emergency assistance out of hours.

Oli assisted us with our connection issue; he remembered installing it & was really helpful in getting us back online; it turned out it was a simple problem with a cable being pulled loose with the hoover
& plugged back into the wrong socket.

Excellent company, excellent customer service 10/10 recommend. Much better than any of these big brands such as BT or Vodaphone.
