to open a account is simple enough. yes how ever i had some questions. i used to chat and the CS went down hill from there.
the response time between texts was 5 mins just for bar of text.
the question i asked was What is your company doing to keep our personal info safe. a fair question i think when a company is asking for your SSN. The guy told me after 5 mins of waiting mind u. The data is stored in our data base.... Well Dah that still dosnt answer my question. so seeing that this guy was a imbecile, i ask for a supervisor. at this time my patience has about had it and in the next 5 mins he told to wait one sec.......
well that was it for me no way was i waiting another 5 mins for that guy to come on. cant say anything about the use of the app never got that for. But CS is one of the worst iv seen for it to be a so called modern company. And seening that much incompetency it before i even sign up. if there boss cant identify it i can only conclude that its systemic. I refuse to trust my SSN to Imbeciles.
