First time I have used this company , my box was delivered today in great condition in the Philippines from the UK and took just about 3 months from day of pickup . Absolutely first class service from pick to delivery very nice people and just an overall great experience will definitely recommend and use this Forex cargo UK again very soon . Thanks again guys ?

Have been using this service for over 10 years. Never failed me yet. Always drop off boxes when requested. Collection is usually on Saturday morning. Can't fault their costings. Usually I estimate 3 months arrival to my family. Best in UK.

I was using Forex ever since I went to the UK. So far my boxes arrived in good condition. However, what I don’t like about this company is that it takes ages to collect the box, driver only collects certain day of the week in our area. Take note they only collect ONE day in a week. But they sure are quick to give me boxes when I order them. Most of the time they give me wrong sizes or leave them outside and get soaked in the rain, then it becomes useless. Hence I have to order again. And the cycle repeats itself. Boxes may sometimes get stuck in their warehouses to a month. And the worst, it takes ages to reach the Philippines. As I can remember it can take up to 5 months. The latest box I have sent has just been unloaded from the vessel after waiting for 4 months.

Forex collected and delivered my 3 boxes on time and without any hassle. Boxes were delivered without any damage. They looked the same on delivery as when they were collected. Thank you forex. About a month after Forex collected another box with a dishwasher . on this occasion I thought the cost was a bit excessive. Not happy Forex. You should do better for us loyal custumers .Now sending washing machine with another cargo company which is lower in cost. Sorry Forex. You lost my loyalty now.

Easy and fast service. I orderd Large box. They collected my box at home and shipped couple of days later. Estimated to arrive in Manila for three weeks but my Mum got the box in 10 weeks! The contents in the box were intact and complete! Will Definitely use their service again! I think only one drawback was that, they didn’t send a message or call the recipient when it’s due to arrive in my house in the Philippines. Thankfully my mother was at home and was able to receive the package. Apart from that, all good!

Terrible service. Given 4 different days and times for the box t be picked up. Let down every time. There appears to be no one in charge and managing what's going on

I have sent many many large boxes to this cargo company going to Manila, and it always gets there intact. At least 7 to 8 weeks travel time to get to my family. Happy ? and recommended for filipinos sending boxes of goods to the Philippines no photo to share at this time ? I will check my album and add them at a later date.

Have used their shipping services for a number of years. Never had a problem. The only criticism is that on more than one occasion they have not collected the shipment on the day that they said they would.
