Neat and tidy store with lots of options, but the staff are quite rude. One in particular, seems rather racist towards Asians. She glared at me as I was bagging my items and when I needed some help, she did so unwillingly with no manners. Meanwhile, two white ladies passed by behind me and she offered her thank yous to them with no problem. Quite disappointing that this attitude is still present in a city as diverse as Oxford.

Update:
Remember to check that the charcoal pencils are sharpened, unlike the one I bought.

I've been wanting to visit but was a bit disappointed upon entering. The goods inside weren't what I thought they would be, mainly just a bunch of cheap gimmick-y stuff younger kids would be interested in. Nothing really caught my eye as a worthy purchase.

Wonderful range of options. Reasonable prices. Everything inside is so pretty and cute. Great place for buying gifts.

I see that many of the reviews mention bad behaviour from staff members. I cannot comment on it as I self checked out and didn't need to interact with anyone.

Its a nice place to wonder around for small gifts and treats for others or yourself! love the note pads and art stuff as it is affordable and pretty good quality. I really recommend the sesame seed bar as it is DELICIOUS. i ate like 3 of them in a day once because they were so good.

As with many other comments, the store is great and tidy, but the staff is extremely rude. Just went inside after buying a drink from the Sainsbury's next door, almost shouted at and insulted because I should have seen the sign at the entrance that states not to drink. I mean there are ways to pass information and this was just a rude person, so never coming back here
