Had beautiful carpets fitted in a bedroom and the living room, plus Moduleo laid in the dining room which looks amazing. We are so pleased we have returned to order for the hall, stairs and landing. The store is very well stocked and the staff welcoming and friendly but there is no pressure to buy, just helpful advice if you need it. The whole process has been stress free and you can’t say that very often these days! Excellent customer service throughout and very fair prices, this is a five star company all the way.

Bought Karndean Savannah Sand flooring for the whole of the downstairs. Love the product and how it has improved our home.
I can’t recommend Floor Depot enough. From walking into the showroom I was treated as a valued customer. Paul offered me other options on flooring (didn’t try to hard sell the expensive stuff), and was happy to negotiate on price. His lovely friendly colleague made the best cup of tea this side of Chesterfield. The fitters were fantastic, taking time to explain what they were doing and checking it was as I wanted it. Very polite and respectful of our home and cleaned up on leaving. Joiner Gregg fitted skirting boards and did a great job too. Big shout out to Dan, Ben and Gregg 👏. Thank you everyone at Floor Depot. I highly recommend this company!

Purchased Moduleo plank flooring for a small room in the house and the suitable underlay. The salesman was first-class,very knowledgeable about the product and gave us a full breakdown on how to install it. The flooring arrived at the depot in 2 days as promised, and even carried to the car for us! The flooring itself was was easy to install and looks absolutely superb, so full credit to the Floor Depot for all their help and assistance,,,, hghly recommended!
