I tried to send £378 with my FairFX account and they cancelled the transaction, asking for a slip for the payment like really? £378? And now they have cancelled that payment and kept hold of my money. This is a scam company people be aware. A supposed bank that is so low that they steal your £378 is really questionable and bad, I have sent emails and also messages on the app and they haven’t replied and not made my money available. FairFX give me back my money, I won’t stop until the world knows about your scam. Please give me back my money. Times are hard for a company to be stealing from me, I would come to your head quarters in london and go mad. Give my money back !!!!!

I have an account balance with FairFX. Over a week ago I emailed them to request a refund of my balance. I have received no response. I sent a second email and still no response. I sent a message through live chat and was promised a call back that day. Nothing happened and when the chat transcript was sent to me the promise of a call back that day was missing from the transcript. At the end of the day it’s £50 but it’s my money. I have been offered no reason or explanation for any delay. I am now going to the financial ombudsman as FairFX deserve it. Do not put your money in their hands.

An actual scam.

Got a card, deposited money, went to use the card and it kept being declined.
Called customer services. The line went dead. Live Chat is a one hour wait
Total con. Looks like Small Claims moving forwards.

I will update my feedback to 5 star's when all the following options will become available in the FairFX app.
I request to be available PDF statement, and priority instantly notifications for each transaction that goes In/Out, IBAN to receive funds from other people or Bank Details (Sort code & Acc Number) to set up profile pictures Until now the app has only the basic functionality, will be great to upgrade the card as well to a debit one, must of the retailer don't accept prepaid cards, we are into 2021 and all this must be available, I request my feedback to be considered priority by the developer of Fairfx app, more functionality that means more happy costumers.
Waiting and stay tuned for the next update.
Will be great aswell if you can offer more colour theme in the app for a better design to show the balance not just a white screen.

These guys can’t get the cards sent to you correctly. I have ordered it twice, but no sign of the card. Customer service is trained to apologise without empathy. I have been let down. I have to now go frantically search for USD, while have still credit left in my fairfx account. Waste of time and money.

Not happy with this.

Advised that I needed to update my cards.

I thought it would be a five minute job.

Due to password problems and verification codes being out of sync, this is now taking too long.

Getting on on for 30 minutes plus. I could probably get hold of HMRC faster.

Great rates and smooth app to use in my trip to Spain, give me better exchange value than TransferWise. It would be cool to have faster feedback on my transaction but otherwise very easy to use

Poor customer service and slow reply / being passed around to multiple people meaning i waited around just to be told my card wouldn't arrive on time for my holiday, its now so late in the day that i cannot contact another FX company. so pretty frustrating.
