We contacted Joe for a quote before Christmas for our stairs and landing carpets cleaned. They attended as promised but weren't able to do the job until the 6 January 2025, but this was absolutely fine. Unfortunately because of the snow weren't able to attend until 7 January 2025, but Joe called me to rearrange which was understandable. Joe & Mike came earlier than we had arranged (did ring to change) which was brilliant. We were more than happy with the job they did and our carpet is now beautiful. Very caring and considerate in everything they did and explained there may be noise as we have an open planned house. We were very impressed and would definitely get them back for our office and bedroom at a later date. Thank you.

I booked in a full house clean as my carpets had been stained with a recent sickness bug in every single room. I honestly thought I would have to buy new carpets this year. However I am so pleased with the clean and sanitation! Joe cleaned all our carpets so well and not one stain has returned. The house smells clean and fresh. I also vacuumed once dry to pick up any debris left and my Dyson was practically empty, and that is proof of how well they were cleaned! I have used a previous company before, however I will now book with Fabricleans going forward. Many thanks for your hard work!

Mike and Joe were brilliant from start to plush finish. Mike responded to my request for a quote the same day, came round the following day and arranged a clean of all our domestic carpets within a short period for a very reasonable price. They hadn't had a full carpet clean since we bought them in 2016 and presented a bit of a challenge We were delighted with the results and found Mike and Joe pleasant to have around. We are environmentally conscious so their methods appealled too. We highly recommend.

Mike and Joe were really friendly and understanding. They were friendly, happy to chat and also really reasonably priced. My carpets look almost brand new after a huge amount of grim was pulled up from them. Thanks guys really recommend.
