It has been a good journey, I have been using it for a year at least once a month. Sometimes the next day the money will reflect other times longer up to 5 days. But I have never lost any money, it always reaches. Good app

I have sent money on the 30/06/2022 on the app it showed that the money was paid, didn't recieved any confirmation or proof of payment. Till today I have not recieved my money back. When calling their customer service the man who answer my phone is very unprofessional, whistling while talking to me and keep on telling me the money was deposited back because they do not use netbank in Namibia anymore . Worse case scenario they didn't even information me about my money not been sent due to certain circumstances !!!I had to call them and ask them. I m very disappointed with their service and I won't rest until my money is deposited back in my account.

HOWEVER, I have noticed your rates DONT FLUCTUATE quick enough,
commensurate with current market rates!!!
Which, in my opinion results in “unintended”
shortchanging ............
or indeed
over payments of your loyal customers!!
I’m positive you’ll do something about that,
sooner rather than later!!!

I arrived at Karigamombe to collect my money at 08.00hrs. I was told the money was not yet ready. The money was sent on Sunday night. I had received confirmation and reference number. Waited for 15 minutes and it was not yet confirmed on the system. I asked for contact number so that I can call to check. The agent asked for my number and I gave it to her. She said she was going to call me when confirmed.
I did not receive any call. Went back after 3 hours. Waisted my time waiting. My understanding is when you get reference number the money is ready. 1st time of using Express , I was disappointed. Reference EXPFI143603.

Communication is so poor.. when you have a query you call and send messages via their WhatsApp number they read and never respond! Try other services instead

Very bad company ever , their contacts are fake no one responds to the them , the time frame they advertise is far from what it takes for the money to be received it takes 3 days for the money to reach the other side , no one’s answer the calls nor the emails,rubbish and they deduct more £ 4.95
