Messy, unhelpful and time wasted.
Unfortunately this company accepted a claim and began proceedings but couldn't continue once the client had solicitor support. Questions and attempted answers at unclear requests were met with a rude phone call from Karen. Apparently this company is only good for claims that take less than 3 letters and 3 phone calls which is standard practice? No compassion for our position, no advice given just a rude attitude because we requested clarity on a matter that we didn't understand. I doubt by engaging this company you are onboarding "experts". Seems more like bare minimum collections. Most importantly, if a claim cannot be continued, rude phone calls are not necessary. If a free service is resented, don't offer it. Our Claim will likely be lost due to their lack of ability to understand our position and provide clear guidelines as to what is required and what is within their capabilities. "Expert collections" where you as the customer is expected to be the expert?! Go elsewhere. Even if the claim needed to be dropped it could have been handled with a lot more professionalism than was shown.Just be kind to people. Its not hard.
