It’s fantastic here - way exceeded my expectations! Went with my husband and son on an open day, and I was surprised how big it was. Lots of animals to see, some really great work being done, and then also some play equipment for the kids. Even the food was great. 10/10, we’ll be going again!

We try to attend their open days at least once a year and today must have been there busiest and best visit, the volunteers were great telling all visitors about the animals that were on show.

Great organisation helping all sorts of animals. Birds of prey, wild cats, monkeys, reptiles. I loved the otters! We attended the open day which was an £8 donation. They can only do 6 per year.

The otter talks and Harry the elderly monkey were our personal favourites! Lovely refuge and would support them again in the future.

Absolutly loved this place. Really nice apmoshere animals are amazing well worth a visit when they open. And great to be able to support what they do for there animals

Very disappointed and upset at the poor condition some of the Animals are kept in. The pens are filthy, some don't have fresh water and some don't have proper protection from the weather. A disabled Raven kept in a filthy cage on its own. No food, dirty water, no proper daylight. Very sad. Won't ever go back!
