Very neat albeit slightly tedious when late night flight arrivals on a large plane cause long queue at immigration. But polite and helpful staff were top quality. Departure was very smooth, comfortable waiting areas, good food and drinks services, excellent duty free...pleasant and helpful staff everywhere. Our 'local' favourite airport.

Flew in June 2024.
Only a small airport but really easy to navigate. Clear instructions and plenty of helpful staff. Only negative is the £5 charge to be dropped off at the drop off point, there is no 10 minute reprieve to circle the car park and come straight back out the barrier. Our driver was only in there less than a minute, we jumped out quick but still cost £5, seems a bit unfair.

Excellent Airport with very friendly staff. After our flight was cancelled due to winds we were quickly informed where to go to recieve information. Poor girls at the info desk were absolute stars despite dealing with some very stressed customers. Whoever had the idea of installing a ping pong table(surprisingly with bats and ping pong ball) is a genius. Very much enjoyed a game to relieve the boredom. All airports could take a leaf out of Exeters book

I used the airport for the first time this weekend and observed how all cars entering the airport are forced into the car park and a minimum Pick-up/Drop-off fee of £5.00. I call it a trap as there is no way out; signs prohibit you from stopping or turning around once you made the turn off Long Ln. This can not be possibly be legal? I complained in writing but was very quickly dismissed.

It's a small airport but has good and friendly staff. You will have departures and arrivals differently, Just side by side. You can see duty free once security check is done. It's some confusing if you are here first time after security check to get to gates or lounge but don't worry staff here are very friendly they will show you way.

I live in Toronto Canada which has a very large international airport that is extremely busy and cumbersome. They have a massive volume of people come through there every day and I must say that they deal with that reasonably well. Of late, I’ve been visiting Devon UK fairly frequently and on my first trip I wanted to avoid the busyness of London at all costs. Then I found flights to and from Exeter Airport that would accommodate my travel plans. What a joy it is to arrive and depart my journeys in Exeter airport. This morning there were no lineups at all. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this airport and I will use this as my connection point for all future trips.

The airport was not crowded. Checking in was done in barely 4 minutes. It was fast and swift. I would use them again.

I have flown from many airports including Exeter airport many times as i am a frequent traveler. Just to say that i was so very impressed by the new NESPRESSO coffee machine which appears to have been installed quite recently. I rarely have coffee at airports as it is usually so awful but having given it a go i can honestly say that was the best double espresso i have had in a very long time. Well done Exeter Airport for offering such a quality product! Thank you.
