We have been visiting on and off for years and it's still a great place to get a coffee (of course) and a bite to eat. Dog friendly - dogs allowed downstairs. The food is simple but fresh and tasty. I like the poached eggs on toast. And, the shop is a must for the tea , coffee and chocolate friends out there 🙂 Can get busy because of it's popularity.

Been here a few times when in Clitheroe.
Charming cafe with lots of period features of the old building interior.

Cafe is split over three floors and each floor is cosy

The coffee selection is very good and a variety of beans can be bought. The cafe roasts beans also.

The food menu is ok with decent home cooking. The cakes are also very good

The entrance of the cafe is the shop which has plenty of coffee equipment and paraphernalia on sale as well as interesting confectionery and chocolate
If you're ever in Clitheroe and like coffee this place is a must

So nice to be able to get luch such a falafel wrap instead of the ubiquitous cranberry and brie offering most places do. Very tasty. Even better was the decaf flat white with oat milk which was the best I've tasted for a very long time and cheaper than most meh coffees. I even bought some fresh coffee for my machine same as I'd just drunk. A lovely coffee shop.

Great coffee, delicious homemade slices and a delightful atmosphere! We have been travelling through the UK for two weeks and this was one of the nicest coffees we’ve had by a long shot.

Absolutely the BEST coffee house in town. Extensive menu of both teas and coffee from around the world. Freshly ground in store and available to purchase to take home. Seating over three floors, all beautifully decorated in Sanderson and William Morris. Lovely food & a nice selection of cakes.
We had a huge full English breakfast on our visit, couldn't fault any of it. Superb!!
