Rubbish
My item was completely fine before and the first image is an image they proved me and when I received my item itโ€™s ripped and destroyed showing that there has been an attempt to open and later say that we were the ones who did it rubbish

I arrived the London Standsted with the hand baggage not fitting allowed dimmensions. Willing to buy a new suitcase there, I approached the Excess Baggage Company point. Finally decided to break the wheels of mine rather than buying a new one. W/o help of a kind lady there and other employees assisting me, it wouldn't be possible. They found the time, tools and energy to help me accomplish this. I am very grateful to them. Really recommend this baggage point even thought I have not bought anything there but the service was the top of the top. Cheers to the staff.

We where there a few days ago. Sadly we do not have good experience with that.

We tried to drop off our luggage there. First we were told to only ring the bell once and not 15 times. What did we do? Exactly. We pressed the bell once. But no, apparently that once was comparable to 15 times.
This was where the first rudeness was evident.
Then we tried to drop off our luggage. But even a small, insignificant key was too much for the woman. We had to put our luggage through the scanner a total of five times. Each time she said that there were still prohibited items in the luggage - no, we were not allowed to see the scanner. And no, she didn't tell us what prohibited items were in the luggage. She always just said "No, there is something in it that we do not accept." Nothing more. And we have to spend so much money for that. Yes, you usually pay more at the airport. But I don't like paying for bad service.
I will never use the company's service again.

We recently had an incredibly positive experience with the Excess Baggage service at Stansted Airport. My wife missed her handbag on 20th February at the aiport, and we only realised once weโ€™d reached our car park some twenty minutes away. Naturally, we felt anxious returning to the airport, especially as the bag contained valuable items.

Upon arriving, we sought help at the passenger information desk, who directed us to the Excess Baggage team. From the moment we walked in, the staff were understanding and reassuring. They immediately recognised the handbag and returned it to us without any charge, which came as a huge relief during an already stressful situation.

Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern made all the difference. Weโ€™re immensely grateful to the Stansted Airport Excess Baggage team for turning what could have been a day-ruining event into a memorable example of superb customer service. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
