I was lucky enough to be served by Nat C. this week. She was excellent, handled all three of my needs with professionalism and a little very welcome humour. It’s so good that the post office exists in Evesham so I could actually pay some money into my bank accounts (both banks recently closed in Evesham). Nat C. is the kind of person I love dealing with, thank you and it was worth the trip from London 😉

Thank you to Iney for fitting in a passport renewal (done very quickly) when I did not have an appointment. Regarding the PO website, it gives a phone number to call, but the recorded message is that it is not possible to speak to the branch. I can't see how I could have made an appointment. Iney was 5 star.

If you wish to renew your passport or get a first one, Evesham post office is the place to go! I renewed my passport with them using their digital service and they do EVERYTHING. They take your photo making sure it has the best chance of approval and send all your documents securely to the passport office. The whole process takes 15-20 mins with no form filling and even with the fee it works out cheaper than doing it by form filling. They also take extra time with children and have a mat for babies!

You have to book but it is worth it as the sevice is simple, quick and reliable. Just tell them if it is a renewal or first and they will tell you what documents you need to bring.

Went in to the Evesham branch to renew by driving licence (after finding out/panicking it was due to expire that day). Natalie Crisp put my mind at rest and sorted out my new driving licence within minutes. Able to still drive until my new card comes by post, as they approve in store so extremely happy!

Highly recommend the excellent, professional and friendly passport renewal service I received today. Although usually requires an appointment, confirmed it could be made by phone. Tried to accommodate an appointment around another one in Evesham and when they checked said they could fit me in straight away. It was estimated to take 15 mins and only took 5 mins for whole process. Service was a complete contrast to the very negative and stressful experience I got from another post office in my area three days ago. A great personal relief and experience. Thank you
