Needing to remortgage as first time parents to a newborn is rather stressful, particularly when that remortgage also includes the redemption of a Help to Buy Loan. Adrian at Euxton Mortgage Market spent a great deal of time with us explaining our options and advising us on each element of the process, as well as putting up with having said newborn with us at one of our meetings. Adrian was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t recommend him more. Myself and my partner came to Adrian 6 months ago for a mortgage in principal (with both our job situations being a little odd) and are now looking at moving into our first home next month.
