Friendly staff, quick check-in/ drop off. Vehicle was in excellent condition.
My problems were the vehicle I requested was not provided. I received a much larger suv type Mercedes, when I needed a smaller vehicle, for the narrow roads. Also the £700 deposit was an unwelcome surprise. For a rental that costs £100

Great vehicle at a great price with the added convenience of late drop-off which means you don’t pay a penny more than you need to. Staff are helpful and friendly and the vehicle was supplied fully fuelled and ready to go. Highly recommend Europcar to anyone who needs a reliable vehicle at competitive rates.

Vehicle provided was faulty, unable to call customer services due to number provided being premium rate. Journey was made exceptionally difficult due to poor serviceability of the vehicle. Had to make other arrangements due to vehicle being unserviceable. Returning vehicle immediatly and 24 hours early. Staff said they would made appropiate adjustments to payment but instead charged more with no explanation. Still waiting for a response.

Would give zero stars if I could. Incompetent member of staff at pick up who charged our debit card 4 times for the security deposit. We were told not to worry Europcar would only keep one deposit but the rest would return to our account, although it could take up to 10 days to do so. Senior staff member talked over us and had to be reminded to LISTEN so that he could understand what the problem was. The whole pick up for our prebooked car took over 90 minutes. The car itself was perfectly adequate and drop off was streamlined but our pick up experience has left us with a very bad impression.

My own car wasn't available due to a broken window, but it was so simple and quick to hire a car from here. I got given a Fiat 500 which was immaculate, and the whole process couldn't have been easier or more value for money

Our own car broke down 36miles outside of Plymouth on our way to catch a ferry to France. We needed to hire a car to continue our journey to our holiday. Europcar facilitate this without any fuss and the lady in their Exeter branch was so friendly and helpful and efficient taking the stress out of the situation. Also returning the car in Liverpool was no problem to them and super simple and quick.

Everything was so simple from booking, picking the vehicle up and returning. The only thing that was wrong was it was freezing on the day I returned vehicle and I had no bloody de-icer, but that was my bad😭😭😭
From my experience Europcar was faultless.
