Easy process and friendly staff. My only gripe is that half of my Euros were in very large denomination notes, which can be difficult to dispose of. I was told they couldn't be changed for smaller ones.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Eurochange Worcester! The staff were nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, warm, and friendly, making me feel completely at ease. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable in advising me on what I needed for my trip, but they also offered brilliant advice on Turkey, where I was heading. Their insights really helped me feel prepared and excited for my holiday.

The ladies in the store, one qas Andrea but did not get the seconds name (sorry), couldn’t do enough for me. They were not only informative but had a wonderful sense of humour that made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Their professionalism and dedication to great service were clear throughout.
