This afternoon Friday 20 December Emma in Windsor Euro change was exceptionally patient & helpful . She helped me in a really professional manner when I had a problem with my Travel Money Card , the internet connection was poor but she was diligent that the problem was solved & I was happy & would be able to use the app in future. I am very grateful for her help . She is such an asset to Euro change Windsor

I phoned the Windsor branch and the very helpful Stav suggested I ordered my currency online and then collected it from the branch. I hadn’t used eurochange before but it was excellent service on the day, and Stav couldn’t have been more helpful.
I will definitely use the branch
again.

Absolutely heartless woman! Online opening times say 10.30am they actually don't open till 11am. I came outside on numerous occasions asked if I could come in, Sav the lady opening up was very rude and abrupt turned me away and said no we open at 11 it was pouring down with rain she did not care she did not smile even when I came in at 11am by myself she said wait she did not care and tell me to come in. Chavvy lady with cigarette fingers employ someone else with compassion and manners never going here aain in a million years. Complete waste of my whole Sunday morning!!!!!
