Sheetal was great. She explained everything to me very clearly and she didn't make me feel rushed at all. Fantastic customer service. The place is indoors too and felt safe which helps! I ordered some currency from them to be collected from the shop.
When I went to collect the currency they would not accept my id on my phone even though it states proof of id and not a format.
Due to this and the timescales involved I had to cancel the order obviously with a charge by Eurochange and get the currency at the airport.
Considering that I have bought currency from several other firms previously this was a strange experience.
In the future I will be back with the firms that behave appropriately and look after their customers.

In response to customer support at eurochange.

Nowhere did it state at the time that physical Id was required.
The Id could have been checked by using a pin security code to my phone. No other firm I have used behaves in this manner and I was in the banking industry so this alleged safety and security risk is laughable.

They never replied to my email after I called them out regarding the format of the Id.
This is all evidenced by emails.

Do not use them go elsewhere there are plenty of firms with no bad reviews.

WORST PLACE EVER, they provide the lowest rates. I lost £523 in few second and when I changed my mind and wanted to have my money they decided to keep my money. Staff are very rude and useless manager was even worst, seems like a scam company do yourself a favour and stay away from here I wish I had checked the review before completing a transaction and gone somewhere else. There should be an option of minus starts in here.
