Brilliant service! I didn’t catch her name but the lady that helped me in Warrington Golden Square was amazing. That customer service that makes you walk away feeling great! I went to get two different currencies changed to Euros the day before I fly and she was the best! All done super quick but didn’t feel rushed at all! Thank you! ?

I was in Warrington yesterday and nipped in for some Romanian Leu. Sadly they had none but both of the ladies behind the till could not do enough to try and find it for me. As I am travelling tomorrow, home delivery would arrive too late but this did not deter Kirsty as she phoned at least 5 local stores to locate some Leu. Once she found some she asked the store to transfer the money over to this branch as it is my nearest so that I could collect in time for my holiday. Great customer service and I am sure any other currency exchange would’ve just said they had none in stock and left me to find it myself, but not Kirsty. 10/10
