As soon as I arrived Madison was happily behind the counter with a Merry Christmas and a very helpful attitude. I was simply exchanging some dollars for sterling, which was easily done and dusted. I even got advise on where to get my xmas turkey. Brilliant to see such great customer service. 10/10

Simon was really helpful. Got the Euros I needed and spread out between 50s, 20, 10s and coins. He got me a slightly better deal by going online for a better exchange rate.

Received excellent service today. The teller; Maddie knew to break down the notes into smaller, more manageable denominations when I told where I'd be vacationing. Couldn't recommend this exchange and service highly enough

Exchanged around £263 sterling to euro for a 5 day trip to Berlin. Served by Shawanaa and given 2 * 50 euro notes. Would have been 3 * 50 euro notes had I not raised concerns. Explained I did not want such high figure notes. Told I would have no problem using these notes that turned out not to be the case. So one 50 euro note I did not use. To fob off high figure decimal notes on to solo travellers on a short trip is ridiculous. I will not use this currency exchange in the future.

A potentially bad experience at the Wakefield branch, rescued by Simon . I went to collect my currency on the day of my flight to find the shop closed! Phoned head office in a panic to be told someone was on their way. Simon came over from the York branch to cover for someone phoning in sick. Very apologetic and super efficient when he arrived. All's well that ends well! Thank you Simon.

Josh was super helpful tracking down some Chinese currency. After I had already rang a few bureaus I rang eurochange. Josh took over the search and rang me back 10 minutes later with options. Amazing service. Will definitely be back in touch next time we need foreign currency.
