Easy, simple and great customer service. Ryan explains everything and ensures you understand the rates. Couldn’t get Thai currency anywhere. These guys stocked it, explained the company keep up to date with currency exchange trends ensuring you can get what you need.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the member of staff who dealt with my needs to exchange a not insignificant sum of money into Turkish litre. I had compared rates with other local sources and obtained the best deal at this exchange. I was made to feel comfortable that I was dealing with somebody that knew what she was talking about and had the flexibility and empowerment to reach an appropriate deal. The service provided what it said it would. After completion of the transaction I walked away thinking what an intelligent person she was and a credit to her employer.

Had a need to purchase South African Rands at short notice and there's a lack of on demand currency facilities in Swansea. Dealt with both Holly, initially and later Ryan for the purchase. Both were easy to deal with and informative.
If in a similar position would happily use them again

I was served by Joed and received probably the most unprofessional service of my life.
I was told the exchange rate, agreed to it, entered my card and had money taken and confirmed.
I was then asked my name, told him my name. I was then asked my address, to which I questioned if it was necessary to give my address. I was told by Joes “yes” and “that’s what the system is asking”. After that I asked if it’s optional or compulsory and was told it’s compulsory. That news left me uncomfortable and I questioned if that should have been mentioned to me before taking my money off me.
Joes then exclaimed “you know what, don’t worry about it!” and proceeded to count my money for me in the fastest manner I’ve ever witnessed and tossed it under the glass screen.
I collected my money, thanked him and wished him a nice day to which he grunted and rolled his eyes!
Joed definitely isn’t a suitable brand ambassadors for a customer facing role and I’m sorry I ever visited.

This companies charge are a complete rip off.
I don't normally get cash but in advance of my trip to Egypt I thought I should.
On my 2nd day I have realised that the swansea shop have completely conned me!! The exchange rate today is £1 = 60 Egyptian
Swansea gave me 3600 for £100 not 6000!!!
No explanation given !!!
