I arrived there today at 5:22pm for Western Union. They told me they close at 5:20pm for Western Union services but the actual shop closes at 5:30pm. I’m not sure if that’s true or if the agent could not be bothered to do it 8 minutes before closing time. He sat there rocking his chair against the wall with his feet up against the counter. Really bad attitude. 5:20 is an odd time to close for western union services. Could someone kindly confirm if western union shuts at 5:20? Thanks

Had the most comfortable experience with the team here in Staines. Ritchie was very helpful, he made sure that my exchange process was smooth and he was friendly and went to the extent to set me up travel card since they had ran out of the Turkish Lira. Sharif supported with any further information needed. I would give 15 stars if I could for them! It’s great to see people who enjoy and know their Job.

Easy to order, easy to collect, decent exchange rate and super helpful customer service staff. Ritchie at Elmsleigh in Staines was professional and patient with a mistaken order I had made and rang through to ensure a refund would be with me soon. He went the extra mile and I really appreciated his help.

Found the cashier rude and unprofessional.
Very disappointed. Upon asking if I get a better rate online or direct, she tells me to order online. When doing so there and then she tells me to hurry up. When the system didn’t push the order to her system and I kept refreshing my side, she rudely said ‘you need to be patient’. Then she had the audacity to ask in the worst tone ever ‘why can’t you have come earlier?!’ Darling you aren’t the only one who works for a living! Probably the most arrogant and rude cashier. Very disappointed with the experience.
