The best experienced i have with money exchange! We do get so busy and panicked everytime we go on travel! Elaine in this branch has been so helpful from the day I rang her and asked for the specific note for our exchange!
She ordered it from the headquarters for our specific amount of note! although the headquarter hasn't gave us the right one, but Elaine has been so kind and check in their branch to get us with the specific note that we required! Then she rang me after I leave to make sure that I go back and get it!!
I wouldn't be more grateful for the excellent customer service received!
Will definitely goes back again for our next trip!!

Often I just order online from Eurochange for my currency as it’s so easy to collect but as I was going to Ecuador and needed notes smaller than $50 I waited until I had got to the Arcade unit at Meadowhall to see if it was possible. Ellie Gre made the transaction so easy and patiently counted out smaller notes for me. She helped make my trip to Ecuador so smooth in all the shops and restaurants out there as a lot of things are $1 or $2. It’s a great service to have when some countries are so specific! Thank you.

Totally disappointing Called to buy 50 US dollars for a visa fee in Egypt. All went ok until I asked about Egyptian pounds which are not usually available. I was informed they did indeed have some. So I asked for £100 worth. Never thinking I would be totally ripped off with the exchange rate. It’s around 62 Egyptian pounds to a UK pound normally. Which is the rate available in hotels in Egypt. It wasn’t till we returned home and checked that we had been given a rate of 37 to the pound. Which equates to about £40 worth of commission on a £100 transaction. Without any explanation that this was such a massive difference. Tried to call back to check if a mistake had been made. No answer. Never use again ever. Will get money at the hotel on arrival

Terrible service! And terrible exchange rate! Money didn’t arrive when they said it would, so a wasted journey. They said they’d text when the cash was there but never did. Charged me £75 for £54 worth of Sri Lankan rupees! Definitely avoid!
