Terrible customer service.
Arrived to the store and there was no one there (with no notice to say anything about being away from the counter for a period of time).
When this guy did eventually did stroll back in, he was extremely rude, just standing there with a 'what to do you want' attitude. No hello, no sorry for the wait, no what can I help you with today or anything. Still had headphones in his ears before he eventually removed them. Zero customer service skills, a total lack of interest and awful representation for the company. Are staff not trained in customer service?
Would give 0 stars if I could.

I went Thursday 26th December at 16:05 to puraches Dirham as im going in 2 days on holiday but The lady working was beyond very rude and raciat!!! She had a problem that I came 25min before the store closing time to make purchase saying im already closing!!!! This is disgusting and disrespectful customer service i have experience today!! How can you possibly work in customer service when you have terrible personality and horrible behaviour?!?!This branch would be better off adjusting its employees at this location, as it is constantly empty for a reason.
I call the head office and make oficial complain now have to wait for the outcome but left me without money exchange for my holiday will have to use different exchange place but won't go back to this store again. The lady should to he faired or the store will close very soon as no customer will visit the store again!!!!

The worst customer service I have experienced from Michellsr. The other lady served me initially and was very pleasant and helpful when I collected my euros. I came to change euros back over after my holiday and was served by a vile human being called Michellsr. She frowned, no hello, I asked if she was serving and she just stared at me blankly and said nothing, as if to say “well.. If I have to!” A horrible attitude throughout the transaction and just handed over the money and waddled on. I would not come back as the experience was disgusting. Euro Change should consider hiring other people who actually like their job?

I went to the counter in exchange some Euros 2 weeks ago, the lady in the counter suggested me to get Morocco Dirham from the directly after understanding my holiday plan, she suggested their rate is better than if I exchange locally. I also paid additional £4 to have the insurance to sell 30% of my purchases back with same rate. The rate she offered that day was 9.1, I called her once I saw the rate was 12.8 in Google, she again suggested their rate is more realistic. So I bought 2k Morocco Dirham from them, however, later on I figured out the local exchange rate is around 12.5 and my UK credit card exchange rate is 12.7, which means I paid £60 more for my exchange because I trusted on her! Also, when I took 70 Dirham notes and a few coins to sell back, she said they don’t accept notes under 100 dirham and no coins. I challenged that there is nothing written in the receipt of my insurance purchase about that, she became aggressive and said that’s common sense. I used to use them for my travel money all the time, now I think it’s an end. I’d never come back again.

Stopped in to pick up euros for my holiday. Lovely lady behind the counter served me and offered me a special rate if I had any left over. Will be getting my travel money from here again in the future.

The lady working at the till here was incredibly rude, appeared 10 minutes after the sign said her break was supposed to end, and had a terrible attitude. How can you possibly work in customer service when you have a terrible personality and horrible behaviour? After waiting for 40 minutes, I simply asked a question and was met with a very rude response. Reading through all of these reviews, this is not a unique experience. This branch would be better off adjusting its employees at this location, as it is constantly empty for a reason.

Update: I received a email about the investigation which basically said I'm wrong and they did nothing wrong. As expected, though I would of thought they'll fix my issue, they did not. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

The lady was beyond rude and racist. She was annoyed that she had to do her job but she didn't know how to do her job. I wasted nearly an hour there just for her to do nothing other than being awful. I only went there as my eurochange card expired and the guidance was to take it back to the branch I got it. Instead of fixing the issue she created new issue and told me to go away. I would highly recommend you avoid this branch and get your money from the post office instead!!!
