My encounter with the customer service at Exchange place was deeply disappointing and troubling. The cashier's unprofessional behavior included questioning the expiration of my Egyptian visa from 2017, which had no relevance whatsoever to my valid Pakistani passport. Moreover, she demonstrated a clear lack of competence when she stated she couldn't register my passport on the system and didn't make an effort to figure out why. She clearly had no intention to help or do her job, as evidenced by her very dismissive attitude. Given the circumstances, I couldn't help but wonder if there might have been underlying racial biases influencing her actions. I strongly urge the management to address these issues promptly to prevent similar incidents from recurring.

Ok so sometimes the rates can be better somewhere else but the staff wouldn’t be !! Beth Cresswell was the ultimate professional in every way. Patient , knowledgeable, polite and truly invested in her client . Thank you Beth, I will be back !!

Left it last minute to get some Hungarian Forint and whilst my collection time wasn’t until 2PM I phoned and asked and the staff were amazing! Told me they could have it ready by 11AM. Turned up all currency was ready, both staff extremely happy and friendly, great experience, will certainly use again.
