I have used this company several times , and have always collected my order and been very satisfied.
This time however I decided to accept the offer of a home delivery. I was able to choose my delivery day and would need to be in to sign for it. No problem, or so I thought.
Bad mistake, the order didn’t arrive on the specified day or the next.
I contacted customer services who told me it had been posted and was now out of their hands. Apparently I would have to wait for 5 days for it to be a lost parcel claim.
By which time I will be on my trip.
I tried to reason with the company, suggesting that they reorder for me to collect. Then if and when the original order arrives I will return it.
Apparently this is not possible.
Leaving me with no money to reorder through them or elsewhere.
So my advice to any perspective customer would be DO NOT SELECT HOME DELIVERY

Friendly service but feel like I've been robbed, ripped off, not only by getting me to spend more than I intended but once I got home I realised what a bad exchange rate I'd be given. I had done my research and saw their good rates but they weren't given to me. Another mug, I guess!!
I won't be using them again.

Always use these guys as easy access with 2 bureau's in the city. Trust their rates, but got £300 of euros today at a rate of 1.0929. Thought was low and then passed the post office who were offering 1.13+ and M&S 1.14+. I feel like I've been robbed. Used so much previously, never again.
