Totally disgusted by this service. Was convinced to order Egyptian pounds to take on holiday to Egypt , by cashier. We actually wanted US dollars. But ended up buying Egyptian pounds, maximum amount 10, 000 limit. Actual price equated to £156 ... but I was charged £265... I understand about commission, but that is an absolute disgrace...Beware and check before you agree...

Great exchange rate. Email and text acknowledgement and on the day of collection. I turned, explained I was collecting and Farraz said, is it xx (my name). It may have been a slow day but nonetheless it was a really nice touch! He seemed interested in my holiday which was also good. I would recommend
