I ordered my Euros on my Natwest banking app ,mistakenly expecting to collect it from the branch. I was redirected to Eurochange but had no i.d as i expected the Natwest branch had all my details. Fortunately the youn lady was extremely helpful ,phoning a manager ,took certain details such as D.O.B. ,checked my debit card and Natwest app and released the funds. The 2 girls in the office were very understanding ,polite and so freindly. Many thanks ,Derek.

Being waved away by a member of staff who pointed at the ‘Back in 15 minutes’ sign because she was having something to eat at the back is not what I consider good customer service, especially as the booth was set to shut in just 45 minutes. I’ll be getting my cash exchanged elsewhere in future.
