My partner and I visited eurochange on June 4th at 15.03, in regards to Swiss Francs. We were told by the gentleman behind the counter that they would have to order in, and we just missed the cut-off for next day delivery. We were leaving to return to London in two days and said we should be able to get the Swiss francs in London straightaway. However, his colleague Unity was on the phone while we were talking and confirmed if we ordered right now that they could have the Swiss money in the next day regardless of the 3pm cut-off time. The following day, Unity again called us around 4 pm. to make sure we received the text to tell us the money had arrived and it was ready for collection. We arrived at 5 pm, and it was hassle free collection. Outstanding and such friendly customer service from Unity. A credit to your company. Look after her as she is gold within the customer service field. Thank you again for a beautiful, hassle free service and going above and beyond. Very much enjoyed Switzerland 🇨🇭 👍 with your help.

Brutal . Bring your notes back within 90 days for a better deal . What nonsense, they post office offered more , and they weren't offering a favourable rate to their customers. Also the staff member behind counter in this place was rubbish , and I totally didn't trust anything he was saying .overall don't use this business , find literally anywhere else

Just an appropriate post for a staff there called Gemma, we came here to exchange dollars to pounds and I wasn't happy with the rate, so Gemma asked us to use the online service which is like a pre-booking service and we got around 26 pounds better than the walk in service. I couldn't believe the rate. It's always a good thing to point people in the right direction when they need help not just ripping people off. I suggest people do the online service as well which is much cheaper! 😊
