Ordered 3 days ahead and received message to say money was ready whilst I was in town near the branch where I ordered it! Arrived there and money had just been prepared 7 mins before. How's that for service!! Friendly staff and good rate obtained. Very satisfied!

Ordered online and was a painless exercise and upon collection was pleasantly surprised just how welcoming and friendly the staff were. Both Sue and Kieron were helpful and had a sense of humour, so made the experience enjoyable rather than a chore seeing as I forgot to exchange any money the day before we were flying.

Went in to get money changed up today to go to Australia. I looked online to find the best exchange rate and Euro change came up the best. I could of ordered the money online and collected that day but as I had cash I went in to the store. I asked if the rates are different if I was to do online order to get from them now and they said it is different. I asked to check how much difference it would be and I will walk to the bank put the cash in and then order the money and collect. They called someone and they were able to give me the money for the online rate so I didn't have to do all that. I was very pleased with the service and everything was smooth and efficient. They went above and beyond.

I went online Friday 10th May to check best euro rates and you came out on top,so I ordered for click and collect from your Maidstone branch. I realised a couple of hours later I put the wrong date in for collection (the day of my holiday) I panicked a bit,but was going into Maidstone that morning anyway so would try and sort it then. The lady who served me (I didn't get her name,sorry) was very friendly,efficient and got things sorted very quickly. She wished me a happy holiday and I left with my euros. I have never used your company before,but would not hesitate in using you again. Great service all round and a good euro rate.
