Having to wait over half an hour to be served I really think you need more than one person trying to serve a several amount of customers. It was not the servers fault as he was dealing with a very difficult customers transaction, I have a severe issue with my back after a failed operation and I cannot stand for a long period of time, this caused me a lot of pain for the rest of the day, I had to cut short my visit and go home in agony, which means another trip into town to complete my shopping. The server did apologise to everyone and I applaud his communications with your customers. You need more staff!

I picked up Euros from this store. It was for 2 of us to share. Most of it was €50 notes with only €50 in small notes. This is very annoying. Imagine breaking a €50 in a shop for 2 small bottles of water. Not good. I will be calling in soon to ask for smaller notes and I hope they oblige me.

I always get travel money from here as it comes up as the best rate on the comparison sites. I haven't just gone there and exchanged cash so I can't comment on that, I always order online then pick up later as that's quick and easy, don't have to fill out a big online form or anything. Also the staff are always friendly and chatty so it's a thoroughly pleasant experience!
