Went in twice, first time the girl couldn’t help me because my money had a tear, which is completely understandable as the currency will be sold to other customers. I ran home, grabbed a different bill and ran back, with more than 15 minutes ahead of closing (which is close, but it’s a desperate situation). She refused to help me and sent me away. I realise this isn’t entirely her fault, but now I’m without money until tomorrow. Hopefully I can get there from work with enough time 👍

Served by a very friendly and helpful Christian H today at the Liverpool One store. We ordered online so it was just a pick up which was so quick and efficient and he kindly explained everything we needed to know 🙂

It was awful. The staff were horrible. I've used eurochange for over twenty years, never again! I didn't have my I.D. but had multiple bank cards and even my bus pass with my photo on it. I was greatly inconvenienced as I had to return the next day. Very unsympathetic staff, and a very unprofessional manager. Very bad customer service.

I attended eurochange in Liverpool One today (3rd of April 2024 ) I was greeted in a cheery and professional manner by Kelly and another lady who I took to be the manager of the bureau. I have bought GBP for US dollars but the exchange rates are so high. The rates for dollar is about 1.3 normally but they buy it from 1.52. I understand they should get commission but the rates should be more fair.

Jake was amazing in store last week, his customer service is impeccable and his ability to create a conversation between sales advisor and customer is great.
